OneVue Network Profile the device will connect to. For a Non-DHCP network, you are required to provide the device's static IP address.
From the OWDC app, you cannot create a new network or edit its settings. Before you begin, from OneVue verify the network exists or add a new network.
What is the sensor monitoring?:
Its assigned Monitored Asset. If assigning to an existing Monitored asset, enter the exact name as it appears in OneVue, or option to create a new Monitored Asset.
OneVue Business Unit assigned to the sensor and its assigned Monitored Asset. From the app, you cannot create a new Business Unit.
Range (Normal Condition)
Temperature, Temperature and Humidity, and Differential Pressure Sensor: Expected normal operating range (low and high) for what the sensor is monitoring (its assigned Monitored Asset).
From your Android device, open the OWDC app.
Log in : enter your OneVue username and password (required to be assigned to the Account Admin role).
Remove AC power from the sensor device. During the next step, it receives power from its connection to your Android device. If battery power is enabled, leave this on.
Connect the sensor to your Android device using a USB OTG or a USB C cable (dependent on your device).
Add Device screen displays. Con displayed on sensor screen, indicating it's in configuration mode.
To assign or update network: select a Network Type, select a network > select Next to continue.
Configure or edit its primary settings. For a dual type sensor, this step appears twice.
What are you monitoring?: Enter the exact name of an existing Monitored Asset or enter a new Monitored Asset.
Business Unit: select an existing Business Unit. If you edit the Business Unit, the sensor and Monitored Asset Business Unit are both changed.
Range (optional): enter expected normal operating range (low/high) for what the sensor is monitoring (Monitored Asset).

The app configures the sensor and displays its configuration status.
Do not remove the connection between the sensor and your Android device until prompted.
When the Disconnect Device message appears, remove USB connection between the sensor and your Android device. Re-apply AC power to the sensor.
Once disconnected, the app verifies the device successfully checks-in to OneVue. If after 15 minutes it does not check-in, the app displays a status message.
Temp Sensor only: may display an Err message due to no probe connection. Insert probe into sensor jack and press and release the sensor Alarm Silence button to clear the error state and reset the Lo/Hi Collection Period.
All sensor models: If applicable, it may also take time to download the latest firmware (sensor LCD displays UP).
You can now configure additional sensors or close the app when you’re done.
