The state of a Bell Controller is determined by its monitored operating conditions. The conditions monitored include its last check-in to OneVue, NTP time sync, and its backup battery level. Its status indicates the cause of the device entering a warning or alarm state. A Bell Controller device has two relays and if both relays are active each of the relays have the same state and status.
OneVue also stores all state changes that allows you to view historical operating conditions. This information is helpful when troubleshooting its network connection to OneVue or a NTP Server.
Go to Monitoring > Dashboard. The current state of each Bell Controller relay is displayed. The list view displays the details of any relay in a warning or alarm state.
Optionally, go to Devices > Bell Controller Relays. The list view displays the current state and status of each relay.
