Your user profile's alert preferences set how you receive alert notifications. You can receive notifications by email, text, and voice. Active alerts associated to your user profile, which are dependent on your assigned role, are also listed on your Dashboard To Do list.
If email is selected, messages are sent to your user profile's email address.
If text or voice is selected, messages are sent to your mobile phone number.
If you have set your preference to receive voice alerts and your facility has an IVR system, you will need to provide the call routing settings in the Dialer Suffix setting.
How to set your alert preferences
From the top-upper right corner, select your name or the avatar image.
Alert Preference: Select method(s).
You receive an alert notification in the form of each of method selected. If all three methods are selected you receive an email, text, and voice message for each notification.
Alert messages are sent to you in the form of the method(s) selected.
