Your mobile phone number is where text and voice alert notifications are sent to.
A non-mobile number can be entered if you only want to receive voice alert notifications. To receive voice alert notifications, set your Alert Preference to Voice.
If you have set your Alert Preferences to receive voice alerts and your facility has an IVR system, you will need to provide the call routing settings in the Dialer Suffix setting.
From the top-upper right corner, select your name or the avatar image.
Update your mobile phone number.
Select Save to apply a change.
