A bridge is required to be set to No Network Mode when the facility's network is not available during installation. During this mode, the bridge does not connect to the facility's network to check-in to OneVue or obtain UTC time from a NTP Server. During No Network Mode, the bridge is configured with local time with use of the Primex Device Configuration software. This allows the Sync Bluetooth clocks and repeaters to receive local time during their connection to the mesh network.
When the facility's network is available, the device must be set back to Normal (Bton) mode to allow its network connection to the facility's network.
Bridge requires AC power when operating in No Network mode. When operating on battery backup-power, estimated battery life is only up to one day.
