At anytime you can download reports that contain your OneVue bell schedules - allowing you to share the details of schedules with other staff that may not have access to OneVue. Your OneVue admin user creates and manages Report Profiles, which generates the reports available to you.
School Schedule Report: Provides the period details of the default and exception schedules for the zone(s) assigned to a Report Profile. This report is helpful when you want to share Bells Schedules with staff.
School Calendar Report: Provides a calendar for each month identifying the schedule set for each day of the month. The schedule name and color code assigned to each schedule is displayed. The report includes default and exception schedules. This report is helpful to verify the type of schedule used for specific days. For example, for early release days, you may want to verify the days are using an exception schedule.
The latest report is the last report generated by OneVue or by a user.
