All or some of the below symptoms may be present.
Bells are not ringing.
Bell Controller may or may not be connecting to network and checking in to OneVue.
Issue with the zones schedules assigned to Bell Controller relays or the wiring between the Bell Controller terminals and PA/ bell system equipment.
If device is not checking in to OneVue, see topic Bell Controller Alarm state with Unresponsive status.
Recommended corrective action
Verify the zone assigned to the bell relay(s) is correct.
Verify the zone's schedules (default and exception) are correct, including dates and days of the week.
Review the Bell Controller event history. Go to Devices > Bell Controller Relays > select Relay > view Relay Event History.
If there are events: verify wiring is correct. See topic Connect Bell Controller Relays to Public Address (PA) or Bell System.
If there are no events: verify with onsite IT staff that the OneVue Firewall requirements are met (allows schedules to be downloaded to Bell Controller).
Verify zone schedules and zone assigned to Bell Controller relays.
Verify event history.
