All or some of the below symptoms may be present.
Bells are not ringing.
Bell Controller may or may not be connecting to network and checking-in to OneVue.
Issue with the zones schedules assigned to a Bell Controller relay or wiring between the Bell Controller terminals and the PA/ bell system equipment.
Bell controller is not checking-in to OneVue, see topic Bell Controller Alarm state with Unresponsive status.
Recommended corrective action
Verify the zone assigned to the bell relay(s) is correct.
Verify the zone schedules (default and exception) are correct, including dates and days of the week.
Review the Bell Controller event history. Go to Devices > Bell Controller relays > select Relay > view Relay Event History.
If there are events: verify wiring is correct.
If there are no events: verify with onsite IT staff that the OneVue network requirements are met, which allows schedules to be downloaded to the Bell Controller.
Verify the zone and its schedules assigned to Bell Controller relays.
Verify the event history of the Bell Controller relay.
Verify wiring connection to PA/Bell system.
