Your User Profile's Alert Preference set how you receive alert notifications.
If email is selected, notifications are sent to your User Profile's email address.
If text or voice is selected, notifications are sent to your mobile phone number.
If you have set your preference to receive voice alerts and your facility has an IVR system, you will need to provide the call routing details in the Dialer Suffix setting.

From the top-upper right corner, select your name or the avatar image.
Select an option from Alert Preferences. If all three methods are selected, you receive an email, text, and voice message for each notification.
Alert notifications are sent to you in the form of the method(s) selected.
OneVue text and voice alerts are sent from phone number 608-709-7043 and the caller ID is Primex OneVue.
OneVue email alerts are sent from email@example.com
