A Report Profile generates reports. A Report Profile can be configured to meet your reporting requirements. Its settings include the type of report, the devices included in the report, and how frequently a new report is generated. A Report Profile can also be configured to generate an email notification to specific users when a new report is generated.
To view or update a report profile, go to Reports > Active > select the name of of the report profile.
Go to Reports > Active.

From the bottom section select + New. A new Report Profile is displayed.
Enter the Report Name.

Select a Report Type.
The settings available may vary by the selected Report Type.
The following provides an overview of Notify with Critical Notifications reports.
Reports only include OneVue Sync Transmitters. 72MHz Analog Clocks, Digital Clocks, and Timers do not transmit data to OneVue and therefore are not included in reports.
The Transmitter Warning-Alarm State Report includes Transmitters in a Warning or Alarm state. When in either of these states, a device requires attention.

The Clock-InfoBoard Warning State Report includes Clocks and InfoBoards currently in a Warning state. When in a Warning state, a device requires attention to resolve the cause of it entering a Warning state.

The Critical Notification Event History Report includes the critical notification events reported by OneVue Sync Transmitters and Notify InfoBoards.

The Digital Event report includes code blue and elapsed timer events logged by InfoBoards. An InfoBoard transmits its events to OneVue during its daily check-in to OneVue. Data includes the time of each event, the event type, event action, timer value, and user entered comments.

Configure the Interval settings.

Add users that are to receive an email notification when a new report is generated.
To add a user, from the Add Users drop-down list select a user and select Add. All users added are displayed.

Configure the data that is to be included in the report.
When done, select Save.
