The User Alert Rule Report provides who alert notifications are sent to for each Alert Rule and indicates if the rule is enabled or disabled.
If you need to analyze who receives alert notifications, this report provides what's needed to ensure notifications are being sent to the right staff and you have the right coverage.
Report heading detail
Heading: displays the name of the Report Profile and the report date range.
Signature: when the report is manually generated (run now) by a user, the name of the user is displayed. If the report was automatically generated by the schedule set in the Report Profile no information is displayed and the signature line can be used for written signature purposes.
Run date: date and time the report was created.
Account: OneVue account name.
The report displays a row of each of the Alert Rules Teams and who alert notifications are sent to.
For example, if an Alert Rule has three users that receive alert notifications and two other users that receive escalation notifications, there will be five unique rows displaying the details. If an Alert Rule uses Team scheduling, each shift with its schedule detail is displayed in a single row.
Alert Rule Name: Name of the rule.
Team: Indicates if the Alert Rule uses Team Scheduling. If yes, the Team name is displayed.
Shift: If assigned to a Team, identifies the shift.
Schedule: Provides the days and start and end times of the shift.
Escalation: Identifies if the user listed in the next column (Users) is included in the Alerts Go To setting (user receives alert notifications) or the Escalate To and Escalate Next settings (user receives escalation notifications).
The Escalation column essentially identifies the type of notification a user receives - either an alert or escalation notification.
User: List the user that receives the type of Escalation (either an alert or escalation notification). If a user is assigned to receive both types, a row will be listed for each type.
Active: Identifies if the Alert Rule is enabled (Yes) or disabled (No).
