At anytime you can view and download reports or generate a new report for any active Report Profile. Report Profiles generate the reports available to you and are managed by a user assigned to an Admin role.
View, download or generate active reports
Actice reports are those reports available for an active Report Profile. You can view and download reports generated by OneVue or generate a new Report.
To view or download reports, go to Reports > Active . To generate a new report, select Run Now for the report.
View and download archived reports
Archived reports are the reports of Report Profiles that have been archived. When a Report Profile is archived, OneVue stores all of its past reports for long-term storage in the archived reports view. OneVue does not allow Report Profiles or historical reports to be deleted. To view archived reports, go to Reports > Archived.
