You receive alert notifications when a condition being monitored is in an Alarm state and you are added to the Alert Rule that generated the alert. Commonly, you are added to Alert Rules that include the conditions that you are responsible for.
If you are not receiving alerts for what you are responsible for, contact your OneVue account admin to verify you are added to the correct Alert Rules. Also, verify your user profile's contact settings and alert preferences are correct.
You can select one, two, or all methods.
Email: notifications are sent to your email address.
Text (SMS): notifications are sent to your mobile phone number.

Voice: notifications are sent to your mobile phone number.
If your facility has an IVR system, you will need to provide the call routing details in the Dialer Suffix setting. See topic Route voice alerts through an IVR system

OneVue text and voice alerts are sent from phone number 608-709-7043.
OneVue email alerts are sent from support@primexonevue.com

From the top-upper right corner, select your name or the avatar image.

Select an option from Alert Preferences. If all three methods are selected, you receive an email, text, and voice message for each alert notification.

Select Save.
Alert notifications are sent to you in the form of the method(s) selected.
