As part of your emergency response plan, how a OneVue Notify Critical Notification event is activated is dependent on the hardwired integration to the main Transmitter's contact closure terminal block. The event input source is either from the five-button Critical Notification Panel or by the integration with a third-party system. For a third-party system, an event is automatically activated from a contact closure event received by the main Transmitter.
The critical notification events displayed on InfoBoards are commonly be defined by your facility's emergency response plan. By default these events are preset by Primex and can be customized with a OneVue Notify Monitor subscription. A customization is defined as a change made to the Primex preset characters displayed by InfoBoards during a critical notification event.
Each InfoBoard stores a critical notification profile that contains the five critical notification event types. By default, these events are preset by Primex.
Primex default presets are shown below.
Event 1: Lockdown. Color: Red, Mode: Flashing, Scroll: 0 (none)
Event 2: Evacuate. Color: Blue, Mode: Flashing, Scroll: 0 (none)
Event 3: Weather. Color: Yellow, Mode: Flashing, Scroll: 2
Event 4: Lockout. Color: White, Mode: Constant, Scroll: 2
Event 5: All Clear. Color: Green, Mode: Constant, Display Duration: 5 minutes
Activating a critical notification displays the event on all InfoBoards, providing a visual display to notify building occupants. An activated event continues to be displayed until the All Clear Event is activated. When the All Clear notification is activated, the InfoBoards display All Clear for a specified number of minutes (by default for 5 minutes) and then return to displaying synchronized time and general messaging.

The main Transmitter automatically transmits the event over the wireless 72MHz radio frequency, which is received by InfoBoards and Repeater Transmitters.
All InfoBoards continue to display the activated event until the All Clear event is activated.
The purpose of the All Clear event is to notify building occupants that the critical event has ended.
From the five-button panel, press and release the All Clear button.
All Clear is displayed for the number of seconds set in its Display Duration setting. Once the event ends, all InfoBoards return to displaying synchronized time.
