OneVue Sync Transmitter(s) are installed, configured, and fully operational.
ODC app installed on mobile device to configure InfoBoard prior to installing.
-
OneVue subscription (PoE/Ethernet required): verify network infrastructure with facility IT staff. Install location cabling routes must be complete prior to installation.
IMPORTANT: PoE connection must supply both power and an Ethernet network connection
-
Installation requires in-wall power and cable management. Use of a 4 x 4 junction box is recommended.
All cabling must follow national and local codes according to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
-
AC power: 120 VAC outlet within 6 ft. (1.8 m) from install location.
Two-prong plug may be removed for a hardwired (pigtail) installation. Hardwired installation requires a 120V~ power line in a junction box installed by a licensed electrician. Leave a minimum of 6 in. (15 cm) of cord inside the junction box.
Code blue or elapsed timer use: identify three-button Timer Control Switch mounting location. Supplied RJ11 cable connected from InfoBoards to the three-button Timer Control Switch. Cable length can be extended up to a maximum of 100 ft. (30 m).
Wall mount: 4 x 4 junction box to support in-wall power and cable management where required by code
Desktop mount: Allen wrench
Important
An InfoBoard MUST be configured before it's installed at its permanent location or it will be required to be uninstalled at a later date to complete configuration.
Configure for use with OneVue subscription. InfoBoard is added to OneVue.
Configure for Standalone use (non-subscription). Configure its Time Zone, Time Source, Time Mode, and Display Colors.
A MiniBoard can be wall mounted or placed on a level surface with desktop stand mount (purchased separately).
-
Prepare mounting location and route cabling
-
Prepare wall surface for keyhole mount
-
Measure and drill holes referencing the keyhole slots located on back panel.
Distance between two keyhole slots: 4.75 in. (20.32 cm)
-
Insert #10 screws into wall anchors.
Leave at least 3/8 in. (0.95 cm) of the screw head exposed for hanging.

Establish connections (may vary)
Bluetooth Pairing button (green in color): sets InfoBoard into Bluetooth discoverable mode. For use during configuration with ODC app.
DC input: connection to supplied power supply; 2-prong plug connected to 120 VAC outlet.
RJ11 input (code blue/elapsed timer use): connection to three-button Timer Control Switch.
Four pin input( code blue timer use): connection to supplied four pin connector cable.
RJ45 port (Poe/Ethernet use): connection to PoE/Ethernet network. CAT 5 or higher patch cable required.
-
Hang MiniBoard onto keyhole mounting screws
Ensure cabling is concealed within back panel opening or wall opening/junction box and free from kinks or obstructions.
Press MiniBoard onto large portion of keyholes and slide down.
-
Ensure MiniBoard is securely mounted and level.
If mount is loose, adjust screw heads close to wall for a tighter, secure mount.
