When a Bridge is in a Warning state with a Time Sync Failure status, this is due to it failed to connect to or receive time from an NTP Server. During this state, you may have noticed its yellow LED flashing. Commonly, this issue is due to the OneVue Network Requirements are not met or the NTP Server settings are not correct.
From the front of the Bridge, press and release its check-in button . (up arrow).

Watch the numbers displayed on its LCD screen. Perform the corrective action steps based on the numbers displayed.
Commonly with this issue, only numbers 12 or 12 4 are displayed, which indicates it failed to connect to an NTP Server.

Share the OneVue Network Requirements with IT staff and verify the port and firewall requirements are met. When they are not met, a network connection issue is common.
