In addition to the Dashboard, from the profile of a clock and repeater you can view its current state and state history. OneVue stores all state changes that allow you to view its historical operating conditions. This information is helpful when troubleshooting.
Go to Devices > Clocks.

From the list select the Name link of the clock or repeater. Its profile is displayed.
State
Current condition
Status resulting in State
Normal
Device is operating as expected.
Its status is blank during this state.
Warning
Device is not operating as expected and may warrant correction action.
The status identifies the condition that resulted in the device entering a Warning state.
Unresponsive status: it has not connected to the Sync Bluetooth mesh network for seven (7) consecutive days.
Suspended
OneVue is not monitoring the device.
The Suspended state is designed for use during a temporary condition, such as when it's being repaired or during troubleshooting that warrants a device not to be monitored.
OneVue continues to update its status and data, but it remains in a Suspended state until a system user changes its state back to Normal.
Decommissioned
State that is to be used when the Primex device is no longer in use or operational.
During this state, its operating condition data is not logged, stored, or monitored.
Decommissioned is designed to permanently disable a device from your OneVue account, such as when it has been disposed of.
All historical data is retained for reporting purposes.
OneVue stores all state changes, allowing you to view the historical operating condition of a device.
Go to Devices > Clocks.
From the list select the Name link of the clock or repeater. Its profile is displayed.
From the State History option, select View.

Set the date range to include.
Go To Clock Start Date: sets the date the device was added to your OneVue account.
The state history for the date range specified is displayed.
