By default, an InfoBoard is set to the time zone set in your OneVue account profile. If the InfoBoard is required to display a different time zone, update the time zone from its profile.
It's only recommended to change the time zone when an InfoBoard's time zone is required to be different than the account time zone. You can also change the time zone for many InfoBoards at the same time.
When an InfoBoard receives a time update (UTC) from a Transmitter over the 72MHz wireless radio frequency or an NTP Server, it synchronizes the received UTC time to its time zone and automatically applies DST rules.
Go to Devices > InfoBoards.
Select the Name link of the InfoBoard.
Select Show Advanced Options.
From the Time Zone drop-down menu, select a Time Zone.
-
Select Save.
The setting update is downloaded to the InfoBoard during its next connection to OneVue.
When changing a setting, by default an InfoBoard connects to OneVue every 5 minutes (Config Change Interval setting) to download setting updates. When set to every 5 minutes, it can take up to 5 minutes for the change to take effect.
Go to Devices > InfoBoards.
-
From the list, select each InfoBoard to be changed.
From the bottom menu, select Edit Selected.
From the Time Zone drop-down select a Time Zone.
-
Select Update All Selected InfoBoards.
