A OneVue Transmitter has four visual LED status indicators located on its front panel. The Transmit green LED indicator indicates if it's transmitting or receiving a signal. When the Caution yellow LED indicator is illuminated it's not operating as expected and requires attention. When the Error red LED indicator is illuminated it has never received a valid time signal, which may occur during installation.
Transmitter configured for use with OneVue, you can also view its current state and status from OneVue.
Transmitter configured for standalone use (not monitored from OneVue), you can determine the cause of the Caution status from the OneVue Device Configurator (ODC) app.

When a Transmitter's yellow Caution LED is illuminated, it's not operating as expected. If your Transmitter is configured for standalone use (not monitored from OneVue), you will need to determine the cause of its caution status from the OneVue Device Configurator (ODC) app. The app performs a diagnostic test that provides the cause to help you resolve the issue. You must be at the Transmitter and be sure that your mobile device has the latest app update.

Open the ODC app.
Select Standalone Configuration.

Set the Transmitter into Bluetooth discoverable mode.
From the Transmitter front panel, press and release the Bluetooth pairing button. The Transmitter is discoverable for the next two minutes (Power LED is illuminated and Transmit LED flashes).
From available devices, select the Transmitter. If multiple devices are listed, the device can be identified by its 12-character MAC address located on its back panel.

Select GET DEVICE STATUS. The app performs a diagnostic status test.
Once complete, the app displays the current status of the Transmitter. Its status identifies the cause of its caution status, which is due to one or more of the following conditions.
