A sensor's battery level is transmitted to OneVue during each check-in. When its battery life is less than 25% remaining, the sensor and its assigned Monitored Asset are set to an Alarm state with a Low Battery status.
You may have received an alert and noticed the sensor yellow LED indicator flashing and the low battery indicator displayed.
If you have already replaced its batteries, be sure to perform a manual check-in to clear its low battery status in OneVue. Press and quickly release its Check-in button (up arrow) .
