The Unresponsive Timeout setting defines how long a Transmitter can go without a check-in to OneVue. During each check-in a Transmitter downloads pending setting updates and sends its current status.
By default, a Transmitter is set to check-in to OneVue every 5 minutes (Check-In Interval setting). OneVue monitors the check-in frequency of a Transmitter and the Unresponsive Setting defines how many missed check-ins can occur. By default, set to 3 consecutive check-ins and can be set to 1,2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 missed check-ins.
When a Transmitter has exceeded the number of missed check-ins set in its Unresponsive Timeout, OneVue automatically sets it to a Warning state. When it remains in a Warning state for longer than its Alarm Delay setting (default 30 minutes), it's automatically set to an Alarm state with an Unresponsive state. A
Go to Devices > Transmitters.
From the list, select the Gateway ID of the Transmitter. Its gateway profile is displayed.
Select Show Advanced Options.

From the Unresponsive Timeout drop down, select the number of missed check-ins a Transmitter can go without a check-in to OneVue.

Select Save.
When a setting update is made to a device, its Update Pending status is set to Yes. During its next check-in, all pending setting updates are downloaded to the device. Once downloaded, its Update Pending status is set to No.
