The Wireless Tone Generator settings are preset at the factory. If the following preset settings meet your system requirements, then you do not need to make configuration setting changes.
To access the menu on the Wireless Tone Generator, press the Menu button.
Channel is set to 1
ID is set to 00
Volume Control is set to 25%
Note
Changes made in the menu are saved when the menu is exited.

ID |
An ID identifies the zone for the Wireless Tone Generator (0-24). The ID menu allows the user to change the ID by pressing the up or down button. |

Channel Number |
The Channel Number menu allows the user to change the channel by using the up or down button. The channel number must be set to the same channel number that the Transmitter is broadcasting the schedule time information from. |

Test |
The Test menu allows the user to hear audible beeps with a valid time/date reception. This will occur 5 seconds after the test menu is selected. It will continue to be in this mode until the menu button is pressed again, leaving the menu mode and returning to normal mode. |

Tone |
The Tone menu allows the user to confirm the Wireless Tone Generator is properly installed. The tone menu option will generate a tone to the connected PA and/or bell system. This will occur 5 seconds after the Test menu option is selected; if the system is hooked up correctly, the tone will sound across the PA and/or bell system. In an emergency, the tone menu can be used to generate a tone at any given time. It will continue to be in this mode until the menu button is pressed again, leaving the menu mode and returning to normal mode. |

Last Time Update |
The Last Time Update menu allows the user to see the last time update, time and date (cycles every second). This will occur 5 seconds after last time update menu is selected. The unit will remain in this mode for a minute, wherein it will time out and return to the menu mode. |

The Software Revision menu allows the user to see the software revision on the unit. This will occur 5 seconds after last time update menu is selected. The unit will remain in this mode for a minute, wherein it will time out and return to the menu mode. |
