A Bell Controller has two relays that are wired to a public address (PA) or bell system. From the profile of a Bell Controller Relay, you can view its settings and historical data. You can view or change its assigned Bell Schedule, view its state and event history, and change the state of the relay.
If your school district has multiple buildings or schedules, you may have more than one Bell Controller resulting in multiple relays.
Go to Devices > Bell Controller Relays.

Assigned Bell/Timer Schedule
Bell Schedule assigned to the relay. The relay triggers the bells to ring at the schedules set in its assigned bell schedule.
Last Check-in
Date and time the Bell Controller device last checked-in to OneVue.
A Bell Controller checks-in hourly. During each check-in, pending schedule updates are download to the device, its operating status and events are transmitted to OneVue, and obtains UTC time from its assigned NTP time source.

Update Pending
From the profile of a Bell Controller Relay, you can view its settings and historical data. You can view or change its assigned Bell Schedule, view its state and event history, and change the state of the relay.
Go to Devices > Bell Controller Relays.
Select the 9-character Relay link.
The relay profile is displayed. To view all of the settings, select Show Advanced Options.

The relay's assigned Bell/Timer Schedule sets when your school bells will ring. The bell schedule is downloaded to the Bell Controller device and the relay triggers your facility's PA/Bell System to ring the bells at the time periods set in the bell schedule.

The Location assigned to the relay. By default, a relay is not assigned to a Location. Clear - clears the current selection. View - opens the Location profile. |
Change State |
Allows a user assigned to an Admin role to manually change the state of a relay. |
