Transmitters and InfoBoards send their logged critical notification events to OneVue during each check-in. The event history for each event includes the start and end date/time, the number of minutes the event was active, and the event details. This information is helpful when troubleshooting or when you need to verify that an event took place.
The Transmitter must be connected to an Ethernet network to transmit data to OneVue.
Go to Devices > Transmitters.
From the list, select the Name link of the Transmitter. Its profile is displayed.
Select Show Advanced Options.

From its Critical Notification Events History, select View.
By default, the last 45 days of events are displayed. You can modify the start and end date as needed.
To download the data displayed, select Save as CSV.
Event data requires a OneVue Notify Monitor subscription and the InfoBoard must be connected to an Ethernet network to transmit data to OneVue.

From the list, select the Name link of the InfoBoard. Its profile is displayed.
Select Show Advanced Options.
