At anytime you can view and download reports or generate a new report for any active Report Profile. Report Profiles generate the reports available to you and are managed by a user assigned to an Admin role.
The following provides an overview of Notify with Critical Notifications reports.
Reports only include OneVue Sync Transmitters. 72MHz Analog Clocks, Digital Clocks, and Timers do not transmit data to OneVue and therefore are not included in reports.
The Transmitter Warning-Alarm State Report includes Transmitters in a Warning or Alarm state. When in either of these states, a device requires attention.
The Clock-InfoBoard Warning State Report includes Clocks and InfoBoards currently in a Warning state. When in a Warning state, a device requires attention to resolve the cause of it entering a Warning state.
The Critical Notification Event History Report includes the critical notification events reported by OneVue Sync Transmitters and Notify InfoBoards.
The Digital Event report includes code blue and elapsed timer events logged by InfoBoards. An InfoBoard transmits its events to OneVue during its daily check-in to OneVue. Data includes the time of each event, the event type, event action, timer value, and user entered comments.
Only applies when InfoBoards are also used as a Scheduled Countdown Timer. School Calendar Report provides a calendar view of the default and exception timer schedules.

The School Schedule Report provides details of the periods for each default and exception schedule. This report is helpful when you want to print or share bell schedules that provide period details.
The user report types provide details of your OneVue users. Only a user assigned to an Admin role has access to these report types.
The User Report provides details of each user, including their assigned Device Classes, Roles, and Alert Rules, and indicates if a User Profile is inactive.
If a staff member is leaving your organization and you need to reassign their responsibilities, this report provides what's needed to reassign their OneVue responsibilities to another user.
The User Role Report provides details of the Roles and Device Classes assigned to each user.
If you need to understand who has access to account data and features, this report provides what's needed to identify who's assigned to specific Business Units or Locations and their assigned Roles.
The User Alert Rule Report provides who alert notifications are sent to for each Alert Rule and indicates if the rule is enabled or disabled.
If you need to analyze who receives alert notifications, this report provides what's needed to ensure notifications are being sent to the right staff and you have the right coverage.
