When you need to know when it's time to replace your probes, view the Probe Replacement Report. This report includes each probe's first use date, last testing date, and the number of days to replacement.
The following provides details of what's included in the report and an example of the report. The Fields to Include options selected in the report profile set what optional fields (data) are included in the report. If the report does not include what's needed, be sure to review the options selected.
Probe Serial Number: unique CertiTrak serial number; label affixed to probe.
Asset Name: name of the Monitored Asset assigned to the sensor.
Sensor Name: name of the sensor the probe is inserted into; automatically set to the type of sensor, last 4 digits of the sensor gateway ID (MAC address), and 1 or 2 that identifies the sensor input the probe is inserted into.
Gateway ID: unique 12-character ID (MAC address) of the sensor device.
First Use Date: the date the probe was first inserted into the sensor device.
Last Testing Date: the date of calibration documented in its Calibration Data Report.
Probe Replacement: the time interval when a probe is to be replaced. If Use Default is displayed, set to the account Probe Replacement setting.
Days To Replacement: the number of days remaining until the probe is to be replaced (reached its lifespan). A system calculated value based on the account Probe Replacement settings.
